This toilet system is unique because there is no drainfield. Similar to the solid waste decompose vault, the liquid waste is collected in a urine holding tank located under the building. It is properly ventilated to minimize odors and emptied, as needed, by a septic truck. This is a great option where the toilet site topography (or regulations) are not conducive to a urine drainfield. We are calling this new model the "Perma Potty".
