This was an early (pre-BTW) prototype installed in 2016. Our return visit 11 months later in January 2017 found it to be functioning well.  The critical systems in the toilet (plate, wiper, and door) were working just as smoothly as the first day they were installed. We were excited to see the "floating plate" didn't flex when the door was cycled and it was and clean and wiping smoothly, proving the system was working as expected. We've been told the toilet is still operational as of 2025.
